I am training as a supervisor (starting September 2025) and will be offering reduced cost slots from January 2026.  I can offer sessions on Monday or Tuesday evenings, Thursday afternoon and Friday daytime.

I qualified in August 2021 after starting client work in January 2020.  In September 2022 I joined Terrence Higgins Trust, a charity who offer free and low-cost counselling and focuses on people living with HIV and/or who are experiencing poor sexual heath.  I manage the services, functions and counselling staff within the counselling team.  This includes recruiting and line managing qualified and trainee counsellors.  My role has given me skills and abilities I will be able to use in supervision work

In my private practise I work with all kinds of clients, drawing a particular client group who identify as having a neurodivergent difference (self diagnosed or formally diagnosed), with specific emphasis on ADHD/Autism.

My counselling background is in rape crisis and with a baby loss charity, I had placements in both organisations while I was training and stayed in rape crisis for sessional work.   In addition to my counselling experience, I have a significant background in Local Government and in Education having worked in a school environment for 11 years in a non-counselling role.

If you wish to get in touch to talk about your supervision needs please email angela@4wallscounselling.co.uk and I will get back to you. I will have slots open from January 2026.

Charges are listed below & will be reviewed in July 2026 on completion of my training:
